Avanti releases Version 12.4 of its Print MIS software at Graph Expo 2012

Chicago, October 7, 2012 – Avanti Computer Systems Limited, a leading provider of Print MIS and Web-to-Print solutions is excited to release its new Version of its Graphic Arts Management system - Version 12.4. Avanti will be demonstrating Version 12.4 at Booth #864 at Graph Expo this year. Version 12.4 includes new functionality to help print providers move beyond just print to managing the complex fulfillment side of their business. It also includes a new integration with Neopost’s GMC Inspire software and key enhancements to Avanti’s Contract Management System.

Over the past year, Avanti’s software engineers have been working diligently conducting industry R&D, analyzing market trends and forecasts and working very closely with its strategic customers to understand changes to their business requirements. As a result of this customer driven innovation, Version 12.4, incorporates new features and enhancements to enable Avanti’s customers to drive new streams of revenue into their business and be able to manage this all through one simple to use integrated platform.

Avanti Version 12.4 includes:

  • Avanti Advanced Fulfillment which received a 2012 Must See ’em Award for its ability to help print providers easily manage and track their customers’ finished goods and provide them with complete visibility into their fulfillment business.
  • A new bi-directional integration with Neopost’s GMC Inspire software for transactional, trans-promotional and direct mail production providing printers with touch-less workflows.
  • Contract management system enhancements, including the ability for print providers to bill on production orders and automatically create invoices as the items are received into inventory.
  • And finally, the ability to easily manage multiple bill-to and ship-to addresses, while automatically generating separate invoices for each address or summary invoices, resulting in hours of saving in processing time and faster payment of bills.
