Until now, mail jobs would be passed between departments and systems several times before the customer could receive an estimate. Now with Avanti and BCC Software’s automation, the solution will process all submitted variable data to determine type/method/sort and rate for the postage task and create the mail.dat file for the mailing. This information will then update the job’s drop counts with actual list counts from the certified file including the update of required postage (updates the postage task) and a request check for postage or release postage on escrow (if needed).
