At Avanti, our goal is to help you deliver more jobs, in less time, with the confidence in knowing that every aspect of your shop is integrated into one powerful Print MIS platform –Avanti Slingshot. The Avanti Slingshot open technology platform supports industry standard communication languages allowing systems from dissimilar vendors to integrate and provide a complete view of your business.  This allows for maximum ROI on investments in equipment, systems and personnel - plus centralization of business data, processes and workflows across any combinations of equipment.

HP PrintOS Site Flow is a scalable and robust production management system featuring fully automated prepress, job batching, scheduling, tracking and shipping.  At Print18 we will demonstrate a new automated, closed-loop process to Avanti Slingshot.

Customer jobs will initiate in Slingshot with receipt, estimating, and approval. Jobs are then sent to Site Flow for automated batching, scheduling, routing and tracking.  Site Flow reconciles multiple batched items to ship complete orders with integration to all leading shipping carriers.  Site Flow posts updates to Slingshot at multiple steps of production so CSRs and sales teams can provide accurate updates via Slingshot.  Slingshot then takes two additional steps: 1) generating and sending an email with the carrier tracking number to customers when orders ship and 2) automatically generating an invoice.

Avanti's open and modular platform combined with robust, free HP PrintOS APIs facilitate a seamless system to receive, manage, produce, ship and invoice orders; delivering a seamless, up to date and accurate business management solution.

Award-winning Avanti Slingshot is the first Print MIS application to be fully integrated with HP PrintOS ecosystem and deliver a closed-loop business management system with PrintOS Site Flow. Site Flow is one of 18 apps on the cloud-based PrintOS solutions platform.  With PrintOS, PSP owners, production floor managers and operators at all levels get more out of their HP presses and printers, simplify and automate production, share knowledge, leverage opportunities for growth and innovation while continuously improving their operation.

The integration results in optimized workflows, reduced costs and errors, improved turnaround time and the opportunity for print providers to generate new revenue streams through enhanced services that can be processed via the web and tracked and managed throughout the entire workflow, without the need for human intervention.
