Visibility – CRM, Triggers & Alerts, eDashboards Patrick Bolan, Bonnie Cheung, Kevin Lanuke and Chris Leduc Visibility is defined in MIS software as a measure of the accuracy and availability of critical information. Reporting Part 2 – Crystal Report – How To Zehava Tyberg, Avanti, Brian Trott, U.S. Senate and
Avanti provides the user a range of reports that give you exactly the information that you are looking for, however maybe you need two or more pieces of data that would make the report more meaningful to your organization, or maybe there's more data than you want to reveal on a report. With a basic understanding of Crystal, and some knowledge of the Avanti database, you can quickly add, remove or reorganize fields in Avanti reports and have your own custom reports with the information you want or graphics that spotlight your organization. Participants will work in small groups within this session, and have the opportunity to review and modify existing report structures and manipulate fields, as well as build reports by joining tables and applying specific queries to retrieve data. We encourage users to bring a custom report they may want to share with the group, or thoughts and ideas that we could possibly translate into a workable report within Avanti.
